A bit of self indulgence – when my knee got seriously damaged and I could not train for over a year, one of the few good things from that period was that I finally got the time to sit down and compile the best footage of the tricks and acrobatics I had learnt so far.
My knee is still not functioning properly, but thanks to rigorous taping I can at least do Kung Fu again – something I am sincerely grateful for. I’m currently working on recording a new montage, this one with a stronger focus on Kung Fu. But that will take a while, so in the meantime I figured I can throw this clip up.
